Structural features
Shape and size: The waterjet accessory tool holder is usually an elongated rod-shaped structure. Its length depends on the specific design and cutting needs of the waterjet equipment, generally ranging from tens of centimeters to several meters. The diameter is relatively small, usually between a few millimeters and several centimeters, to ensure sufficient strength and stability when high-pressure water flows through.
Material characteristics: The tool holder is generally made of high-strength, high-pressure-resistant metal materials, such as stainless steel or alloy steel. Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and can prevent rust when exposed to water for a long time; alloy steel has higher strength and hardness and can withstand the huge pressure generated when the water jet is working.
Working principle
The cutter bar is mainly used to transmit high-pressure water flow. The high-pressure water flow generated from the water jet pump is transported to the cutter head through the cutter holder. During this process, the cutter holder needs to maintain good sealing to prevent high-pressure water leakage. Its internal channel design is smooth and uniform to reduce water flow resistance and ensure that high-pressure water flow can reach the cutter head at stable pressure and speed for cutting operations.

The high-pressure water flow passed through the cutter bar can accurately cut stone products of various shapes and patterns.
