Definition and function:
The copper nozzle is usually a small component made of copper material. In different application scenarios, it plays a role in guiding the flow of materials such as fluids, gases or powders. For example, in the welding process, the copper nozzle can guide the flow of protective gas or solder; in spray equipment, the copper nozzle is used to control the spray pattern of paint.
Material features:
Copper has good thermal and electrical conductivity, which makes copper tips excellent in some situations where rapid heat dissipation or electrical conduction is required. Processing technology:
Casting: The copper is melted and poured into the mold. After cooling, the copper nozzle blank is obtained. This method is suitable for mass production, but there may be some minor defects that require subsequent processing.
Machining: Copper blanks are processed through turning, milling, drilling and other processes to obtain precise size and shape. For example, a lathe can be used to turn the outer circle and inner hole of the copper nozzle, and a milling machine can be used to process a specially shaped port.
Stamping: For some copper nozzles with simple shapes, the stamping process can be used to stamp the copper plate into the required shape using a mold. This method has high production efficiency and low cost.
2. Copper sleeve
Definition and function:
The copper sleeve is a cylindrical component that is placed on shaft parts. It mainly plays the role of reducing friction, supporting the rotation of the shaft, and protecting the shaft and the parts that match it. It can withstand certain loads while reducing wear between the shaft and other parts.
Material advantages:
Copper sleeves are usually made of high-purity copper material, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and self-lubricating properties. In some situations where there are no external lubrication conditions, the characteristics of the copper sleeve can ensure its stable operation for a long time.
Processing technology:
Centrifugal casting: Inject molten copper into a high-speed rotating mold, use centrifugal force to evenly distribute the molten copper on the inner wall of the mold, and form a copper sleeve blank after cooling. The copper sleeve produced by this method has a dense structure and high strength.
Powder metallurgy: After mixing copper powder and other additives, the copper sleeve is made through pressing and sintering processes. The composition and performance of powder metallurgy copper sleeves can be adjusted as needed and are suitable for some special applications.
Mechanical processing: Turning, grinding and other processing are performed on the cast or sintered copper sleeve blank to obtain precise dimensions and surface finish. For example, the inner diameter of the copper sleeve can be made to a very high precision through grinding to ensure the matching accuracy with the shaft.

Machinery manufacturing: used in various mechanical equipment, such as automobiles, airplanes, trains, ships, agricultural machinery, etc., to connect engines, transmission systems, suspension systems and other components to ensure that all parts of the mechanical equipment are closely connected and operate normally.
