Metal flash cap is a component that plays a key firing role in firearms and other weapon systems.

Working principle: When the hammer of the firearm hits the metal flash cap, the detonating agent such as mercury fulminate inside the flash cap is impacted, causing an explosion and sparks. These sparks pass through the flame hole and other channels on the barrel of the firearm, igniting the propellant in the barrel, thereby launching the bullet.
