Structural design:

The advantage of the clip-on structure is that it is easy to install and disassemble, and does not require complex welding operations like traditional welded flanges, saving construction time and costs.
Sealing performance: Aluminum alloy clamp flanges are usually equipped with sealing gaskets or sealing rings to ensure the sealing of pipe connections. Sealing gaskets are generally made of rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials, which have good elasticity and sealing properties and can effectively prevent medium leakage.
Connection method:

During installation, pass the bolts through the bolt holes on the flange, and then tighten the nuts so that the two clamping flanges are tightly clamped on the pipe. The number and specification of bolts are selected based on the size of the flange and the pressure rating of the pipe to ensure a secure connection.
Matching pipe fittings: Aluminum alloy wafer flanges are usually used with corresponding pipe fittings, such as wafer butterfly valves, etc. This matching use can make the connection of the pipeline system closer and improve the overall performance of the system.
Water supply and drainage system: Aluminum alloy clamp flanges are widely used in urban water supply and drainage pipes, building water supply and drainage pipes and other fields. Its good corrosion resistance and sealing performance can ensure the safety of water transportation, and its lightweight material facilitates the installation and maintenance of pipelines.
