For sliding bearings, excessive surface roughness will destroy the oil film on the contact surface and increase bearing wear. If it is too low, intermolecular friction will form between the shaft and the bearing; if a bearing is installed on the shaft, the surface hardness of the shaft needs to be controlled, generally not higher than HV450 (different bearing types may have different requirements for the surface hardness of the shaft) ).
Special-shaped shaft:
Basic definition: Special-shaped shafts are one type of shaft parts, which are different from common shafts with more regular shapes such as smooth shafts and stepped shafts.
