Dual bearing design
Stainless steel double bearings contain two independent bearings. It usually consists of an inner ring, an outer ring, rolling elements (such as balls or rollers) and a cage. The inner ring fits closely with the shaft, and the outer ring is connected with the bearing seat or related components. The two bearings can be installed in parallel or in series with a certain distance.
The rolling elements roll between the inner and outer rings, reducing friction. The cage separates the rolling elements and prevents them from colliding and rubbing against each other. In a double-bearing structure, the two bearings work together to withstand greater loads.
Stainless steel material
Made of stainless steel, the most common ones are 304, 316 stainless steel, etc. Stainless steel is characterized by its good corrosion resistance and its ability to maintain good performance in harsh environments such as moisture, acid and alkali. A dense oxide film will form on its surface to prevent further corrosion of the internal metal.
Stainless steel also has a certain strength and hardness, which can ensure the structural stability of the bearing when bearing load. At the same time, the stainless steel material gives the bearing a metallic luster and is more beautiful.

The way two bearings share load depends on how they are mounted and the direction of the force. For example, when installed in series, it can better bear axial load; when installed in parallel, it has more advantages in radial load sharing.
